İnguinal herni ile eş zamanlı primer testiküler lenfoma: Olgu sunumu

Primer testis lenfoması nadir görülen bir hastalıktır. Tüm testis malignitelerinin yaklaşık olarak % 9’unu oluşturur. Çok nadir görülmesine rağmen, 50 yaşın üzerinde daha sık görülen testis malignitesidir. En sık rastlanan histolojik tipi diffüz büyük B hücreli lenfomadır. Primer testis lenfoması inguinal herni gibi skrotumda kitle yapan patolojilerle karıştırılabilir. Biz inguinal herni nedeniyle başvuran hastada, ameliyat esnasında tespit edilen primer testis lenfomalı, 82 yaşındaki erkek hastayı sunduk.

Prımary testıcular lymphoma synchronized wıth inguınal hernia: A case report

Lymphoma of the testis is an uncommon disease. It accounts for 9% of all testicular neoplasms. Despite this low overall incidence, it is the most common testicular malignancy over the age of 50. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common histological pattern among primary testicular lymphomas. Primary testicular lymphoma, such as inguinal hernia scrotal masses mixed with the pathologies. Here, we report the case of a 82 -year- old man with primary testicular lymphoma which has diagnosed in inguinal hernia operation.
