Stellaria media Ekstraktlarının Antioksidan Aktivitesinin Belirlenmesi ve Fenolik Bileşenlerinin Karakterizasyonu

Caryophyllales ailesine üye olan Stellaria media L. türünün etanol ve su ile ekstraktları hazırlanarak toplam fenolik, flavonoid ve antioksidan aktiviteleri belirlenmiştir. β-Karoten/ Linoleik Asit Yöntemine göre (%59.09±1.66) ve CUPRAC yöntemine (IC50:1.19±0.02) göre en yüksek toplam antioksidan kapasite; ve en yüksek DPPH serbest radikal giderim aktivitesi (IC50: 49.72 ±0.57 mg/ml)  etanol ekstraktlarında gözlemlenmiştir. En yüksek toplam fenolik (21.43±0.12 mgGAE/g) ve flavonoid (22.300±1.45 mgQE/g) madde miktarları etanol ekstraktlarında tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca HPLC metodu ile etanol ekstraktlarının fenolik bileşenleri tespit edilmiştir. Fenolik bileşen karakterizasyon sonuçlarına göre en yüksek miktarda tespit edilen fenolik bileşenlerin; epikateşin (1210.99 μg/g) ve p-kumarik asit (506.99 μg/g) olduğu ortaya çıkarılmıştır.
