The reason to use flexible working is to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise by helping it to adopt the changing situations well and rapidly. Home office is becoming the most preferred and rapidly spreading flexible working type. With the developing technologies in communications and transportation, it is now not necessary to work in the business offices. The companies prefer home office, because it reduces the costs, and increases their competitiveness by decreasing the cost of the enterprise. On the other hand, home office is helping the employee to spend more time with his/her family, setting his/her own working hours, and also home office makes the employee to save the time spent on going to work and coming back to home.
