This study will focus on the transition from the division of the organization intır depurtments on the hasis of functions to the notion of process-based organization. To this end, the definition of the organizational process, deternûning the basic processes, the simplification of each of them if necessaıy, the formation of the task forces for them and carrying them out will be carefully examined.
