ÇEVRESEL ÜRETİM YÖNETİMİ VE AMBALAJ SANAYİ FİRMA YÖNETİCİLERİNİN KONUYA YAKLAŞIMLARI

Son zamanlarda çevresel konulara karşı ilgi dikkate değer bir şekilde artmıştır. Çoğu firmalar, çevre düşüncesini işletme stratejilerinin önemli bir parçası olarak düşünmeye başlamışlardır. Diğer taraftan çevresel konular üretim planlama, stok kontrolü ve dağıtım gibi üretim yönetimi konularında önemli etkiler yapmıştır. Bu çalışmada; ilk olarak çevresel üretim yönetimi kavramı açıklanarak, çevre konularının üretim planlama, stok kontrol, kalite yönetimi, lojistik ve dağıtım gibi üretim konularına etkileri detaylı olarak tartışılmıştır. Son olarak, Ambalaj sanayindeki faaliyet gösteren firma yöneticilerinin çevresel üretim yönetimi konularıyla ilgili yaklaşımları değerlendirilmiş ve öneriler yapılmıştır.
