Büyük ve küçük evrenlerdeki paradokslar
Yazar, Kant felsefesinde özel bir öneme sahip olan paradoks konusunu bilim felsefesinin önemli şahsiyetlerinin eserlerine başvurarak ele almakta ve konuyu bilimsel açıdan tartışmaktadır. Paradoksun çeşitli anlamları üzerinde durduktan sonra, felsefe ve bilim alanlarındaki paradokstan yani antinomiden bahsetmektedir. Bu yazıda, çağımızdaki bilimsel gelişmelerin daha önce filozoflar tarafından belli anlamda çözümlendiği ileri sürülmektedir. Bunun en güzel örneği Leibniz’in monad kuramıdır. Modern bilim, uzamsız ve kütlesiz atomlar olan kuarklardan bahsederek bu kuramı doğrulamıştır.
Paradoxes in the macrocosm and the microcosm
Author deals with the subject paradox which has a special interest in Kant’s philosophy, by referring to works of the important people in the philosophy of science, and argues the subject scientifically. After emphasizes on various meanings of paradox, he mentions paradox or antinomy in philosophical and scientific fields. In this writing, it is suggested that philosophers in a certain sense have already resolved the scientific developments in our time. The finest example of this is Leibniz’s theory of monad. Modern science has confirmed this theory, by talking about quarks, which are unextended and massless.
