Neuman Sistemler Modeline Göre Hemodiyaliz Hastasının Hemşirelik Bakım Planı Örneği / Sample of Nursing Care Plan of a Hemodialysis According to the Neuman Systems Model
Teori, etkili hemşirelik uygulaması ve araştırması için temeldir. Hemşirelikteki kavramsal modelleri hemşireliğin temel kavramlarına ortak bir anlam getirmektedir. Bu modellerden birisi de Neuman Sistemler Modeli bütüncül yaklaşımlı, açıksistem özellikleri ile bireyin fizyolojik, psikolojik, sosyokültürel, spritüel ve gelişimsel beş majör değişkenine yer vermektedir. Hemodiyaliz hastasının semptomlarla başedebilmesi için bütüncül yaklaşım, fizyolojik, psikolojik ve sosyal stresörlerin tanımlanması çok önemlidir. Bu makale, Neuman Sistemler Modeli’nin hemodiyaliz hastasının bakımında model kullanımına örnek olarak yazılmıştır.
