Kronik Hastalıklarda Fiziksel Aktivite
İnsan vücudu hareket etmek için yaratılmıştır. Vücudumuzdakibağışıklık sistemlerinin çoğu fiziksel hareket olmadanhastalıklara karşı etkin olamaz. Bunun için de son günlerdebütün dikkatler fiziksel aktivitelerin bazı kronik hastalıkların önlenmesi/tedavisinde ve sağlıklı yaşam sürdürülmesindekirolü üzerinde toplanmıştırr. Egzersiz Tip 2 Diyabet,hipertansiyon, koroner kalp hastalıkları, osteoporoz,şişmanlık, mental sağlık, kolon kanseri ve alzheimer gibihastalıkların önlenmesinde ve tedavisindeki rolü artık netşekilde ifade edilmektedir.
