DÜŞÜK AYAĞIN NADİR BİR NEDENİ: FASET EKLEM SİNOVİYAL KİSTİ

Düşük ayak, ayak bileğinin dorsifleksiyon kaybı ile ortaya çıkan bir klinik tablodur. Etiyolojide L5 radikülopati, peroneal sinir tuzak nöropatisi, motor nöron hastalıkları, derin peroneal sinir travmaları sayılabilir. Burada ise düşük ayağın nadir nedenleri arasında olan spinal kanal uzanımı gösteren bir sinoviyal kist olgusunun tartışılması amaçlanmıştır.

Drop foot is a clinical outcome show up with dorsiflexion loss of ankle etiology may include L5 radiculopaty, peroneal never trap neuropaty, motor neuron diseases and deep peroneal never trauma. Here, it is aimed to discuss the case of a synovial cyst showing spinal canal extension, which is a rare cause of drop foot.
