Zeytin Posası Silajının Hayvan Beslemede Kullanım Olanakları

Ülkemiz tarımında en önemli 10 üründen birisi olan zeytinin, hasadı ve yağ üretimi sezonal olduğundan kısa sürede çok fazla yan ürün elde edilmektedir. Bu yan ürünlerin gerek katı kısmının, gerekse zeytin karasuyunun çevre kirliliği için olumsuz etkilerinin olduğu bilinmektedir. Ülkemizde zeytin posası üretimi, enerji ve protein açığı olan hayvancılık sektörünün talebini önemli düzeyde karşılayabilecek durumda iken birçok bölgemizde yakıt (=prina odunu) olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bu nedenle zeytin posasının alternatif silo yemi olarak kullanım alanlarının araştırılması hem çevre üzerine olan olumsuz baskıyı azaltmak, hem de ekonomiye artı değer kazandırmak amacıyla önem kazanmaktadır.

This portion ofbyproducts or solid, for both environmental pollution of olive is known to have adverse effects. In our country, the production of olive cake, energy and protein deficit that the livestock sector is able to meet significant demand in many regions, while the fuel (= prune wood) is considered. Therefore, olive pomace as an alternative to the use of silage on the field to investigate the environment to reduce the negative pressure, as well as to provide additional value to the economy is gaining importance
