Yaşam olayları ve Olumlu Dini Başa Çıkma/Life Events and Positive Religious Coping

ÖzetYaşam olayları ile başa çıkmatarzları arasında dini başa çıkma, hem ülkemizde hem de yurt dışında yapılan çalışmalardaen sık kullanılan bir başa çıkma tarzı olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Ancak dinibaşa çıkmanın olumlu ve olumsuz formları vardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı başa çıkmasürecinde olumlu dini başa çıkma bileşenlerini ve bunların kriz yönetimi ileilişkisini görmenin yanı sıra, yaşam olaylarının farklılığının dini başa çıkmasüreci ile ilişkisini tanımlamaktır. Ayrıca yaşam olayının manevi gelişimsüreci ile ilişkisinin nasıl olduğunun anlaşılması da çalışmanın amaçlarıarasındadır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Yarı yapılandırılmışgörüşme formu 25-65 yaş arası kartopu (snowball) yöntem ile ulaşılan 52 gönüllükatılımcıya uygulanmıştır. Katılımcılardan 26 tanesinin olumlu dini başa çıkmakullandığı tespit edilmiştir ve bu çalışmada sadece bunlara yer verilmiştir. Yapılangörüşmeler ses kayıt cihazına kaydedildikten sonra araştırmacı tarafındanyazıya geçirilmiştir. Verilerin MAXQDA 11 bilgisayar programında nitel verianalizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmada yaşam olayının ne olduğundan çok bireylerinbuna verdikleri tepkinin başa çıkma süreci üzerinde etkili olduğu, yaşam olaylarınıninanç gelişimi ve dönüşümü üzerinde son derece önemli olduğu bulunmuştur. Başaçıkma sürecinin olumlu ve etkili yönetilmesinde inanç, emek, sabır ve kabullenmeninfarklı sonuçlar ortaya çıkardığı görülmüştür.Anahtar Kelimeler: Dini Başa Çıkma, Yaşam Olayları, Olumlu Dini Başa Çıkma. Abstract Studies carried out both in Turkey and abroad revealreligious coping strategies to be the most commonly used coping strategiesamong the various methods of coping with life events.
