Plazma ile kesme metoduna genel bir bakış

1950 lerden bu yana plazma iletken malzemelerin kesiminde kullanılmaktadır. Bu makalede plazma ile kesme işlemi: hakkında temel bir bilgi verilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Plazmanın ne olduğu hakkında kısa bir giriş yapıldıktan sonra kesim işleminin tarihsel gelişimi, çalışma prensipleri ve şu anki teknoloji anlatılacaktır. Çalışma prensibi yardımcı sistemler oluşturan birimler, kullanılan gazlar, önemli parametreler, kesilebilen malzemelerve kalite tanımlarını içine alacak şekilde anlatılmıştır.

Plasma is being used to cut electrically conductive materials with an history dating back to 195O's. The present paper will provide a fundamental information about plasma arc cutting process. A brief information on plasma is also presented. Emphasis is placed on the state of the art and principles of functioning. The principles of functioning is presented by describing key elements, materials that can be cut, plasma gases, important parameters and quality definitions of the cut surfaces.
