Ni-esaslı kaplamaların abrazif+erozif aşınma direncine ısıl püskürtme yönteminin ve WC ilavesinin etkisi

Endüstride kimya, petrol ve çimento sanayiinde kullanılan Ni-esaslı tozlar ile ısıl püskürtme yöntemleri kullanılarak aşınmaya karşı dirençli kaplamalar yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, AISI 1050 çeliğinin aşınma direncini arttırmak için Ni-esaslı tozlar kullanılarak alev püskürtme, alev. püskürtme + ergitme, yüksek hızlı oksi yakıt (HVOF) püskürtme + ergitme şeklinde bir seri ısıl püskürtme yöntemleri ile kaplama tabakası oluşturulmuştur. Ni-esaslı tozlar ile yapılan kaplama tabakalarının aşınma direncine WC sert fazı ilavesinin ve ısıl püskürtme yönteminin etkisi incelenmiştir.

Coatings with wear resistance obtained using thermal spray methods and Ni-based powders which are used in the chemical, petrol and cement industry. In this study, influence of thermal spray method and WC hard phase addition on the abrasive+erosive wear resistance of coating layers which were generated by using Ni-based powders with several thermal spray methods such as flame spray, flame spray plus remelting, and high velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) plus remelting to increase the wear resistance of AIS1 1050 steel was investigated.
