Günümüzde endüstriyel ürünlerde aranan özelleklerden biri de çevre dosta olmalarıdır. Çevre dostu özelliği, kullanımlarında büyük miktarda atık oluşturan yağlama yağları için de pek çok açıdan önemlidir. Bu çalışmada yağlama yağları tarihsel gelişimleri için de çevre dostu tipleri açısından incelenerek, konunun önemi vurgulanmaktadır

Nowadays, one of the most important property of industrial products is being enviromentally acceptability. There is an interest in environmentally acceptable lubricants because of the amount of lubricant which currently is dumped into the environment. In this study environmentally acceptable lubricants were investigated focusing on the historical prospect and the importance of this subject was emphasized.
