Türkiye'nin Gümrük Birliği'ne girmesi ile küresel ekonomiye geçiş süreci hız kazanmış ve bir takım yükümlülükler ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çalışma ile, gelişmiş ülkelerde uzun vadeli yatırımların tercihinde kullanılan, matematiksel programlama tekniklerinin (Tamsayılı programlama), Türkiye’de tekstil sektöründe kullanılmasının getireceği faydalar belirlenilmeye çalışılmıştır.

(Integer Programming and a Textile Enterprise Application Implementation Method on Capital Budgeting) After Turkey’s entrance to the Customary Union, speed of transition of Turkey to global economies has accelerated and some obligations related this process have emerged. The objective of the study is to determine the degree of use of the mathematical programming techniques devoted for selection of long term investmens in developed countries. To fulfill this aim, the textile sector in Turkey is examined as a case study.
