1966 yılında M.T. Tağıyev`in “Müasir rus dilinin feli frazalogiyası” monografiyası yayımlanıyor ve ilk dönemden akademisyen V. V. Vinogradov`un de diğer rus bilim adamlarının dikkatini çekmiştir. Bu dikkatin esas sebebi M. Tağıyev`in teklif ettiği elmi metod bu zamana kadar Sovyet dilçiliğinde hiç kimse tarafından araşt?r?lmamıştı. Özellikle de deyimler araştırmacılar V. V. The article with the Baku phraseological school formed in 70 – es 80 – es XX cent. Professor M. T. Tagiyev. Who created original phraseologicla conception under the name the theory encirclement, was founder of Baku phraseological school. The works by Azerbaijani scholars applying the method of encirclement for examination of phraseological fund of different languages. Created the school.
