Süpervizyon Memnuniyet Ölçeği’nin (SMÖ) Türkçe’ye Uyarlanması: Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması

Bu çalışmada, Süpervizyon Memnuniyet Ölçeği (SMÖ) Türkçe’ye uyarlanmış ve psikometrik özellikleri test edilmiştir. Türkçe’ye çeviri işlemlerinin ardından, SMÖ, Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışma alanında lisans veya lisansüstü eğitimlerine devam eden ve Bireyle Psikolojik Danışma Uygulaması (BPDU) dersini tamamlamış toplam 318 süpervizyon alan kişiye uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada, SMÖ’nin yapı geçerliği, ölçüt-bağıntılı geçerliği ve güvenirliği test edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçları, SMÖ’nin tek faktörlü orijinal yapısının hedef popülasyonda doğrulandığını göstermiştir. SMÖ ile ölçüt ölçme araçları arasında hesaplanan anlamlı korelasyon katsayıları, hedef ölçme aracının ölçüt-bağıntılı geçerliğe sahip olduğunu göstermiştir. Güvenirlik analizi sonuçları, SMÖ’nin hedef popülasyonda yüksek güvenirliğe sahip olduğunu desteklemiştir. Sonuç olarak, araştırma bulguları SMÖ’nin psikometrik özelliklerinin Türkiye örnekleminde yeterli olduğunu göstermektedir. SMÖ, ulusal alanyazında süpervizyonla ilgili çalışmalarda süpervizyon memnuniyetinin ölçümünde kullanılabilecek kısa, geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olarak önerilebilir.
