Zaman kavramı mekânla birlikte ele alındığında belirginlik kazanır. Mekânla birlikte düşünülen zaman ise, sadece algı konusu olmakla kalmaz yanı sıra bilinç açısından gösterge haline gelir. Bilincin zaman ile ilişkisi mekân aracılığıyla sağlanır. Tarih algısı zaman, mekân ve bilinç ilişkisinin karmaşık bir sonucudur. Tarih, insanın geçmişi öğrenme arzusuyla sınırlı değildir. O, şimdiki zamanı ve geleceği de içine alan değer-yüklü bir alandır. Bu nedenle ideolojiler ve dinler, tarihe yakın bir ilgi duyagelmişlerdir. Müslüman kültüründe tarih, ağırlıklı olarak bilimin değil bilincin konusu olmuştur. Teolojik söylemler, bilincin oluşumunda büyük rol oynamıştır. Bu nedenle tarih algısı teolojinin yarattığı etkiyle birlikte ele alınmalıdır. Bu makale tarih sorununu teolojik açıdan tartışır ve İslâm teolojisi çerçevesinde önerilerde bulunur.

This study centres on the relations between perception of history and theology, specially with Islamic theology. We can not imagine the concept of time in isolation but we think of it in context of space because of its concreteness. Time is to be perceived via the space. History is not only sence of past basically. It isn’t a discipline with restricted desire of knowing the events in the past, but it is a field with full-values and it includes today and future. Ideologies and religions have shown attention to the history. In Muslim tradition history is a subject of the conscious not of the science. Theological discours have played effective rule in formation of culturel concious. Thus the perception of history must be analyzed with theological structures. In this article, I discuss the problem of history and perception of history from theological view and suggest some solutions.
