Nötropenik hastaya yaklaşım

Nötrofiller, 12-15 µm çapı ile polimorfonükleer hücreler olarak bilinen periferik dokudaki en büyük lökosit grubudur.¹ Nötrofillerin multipotent myeloid kök hücreden granülopoez süreci ile başlayan olgunlaşma evreleri miyeloblast, promiyelosit, miyelosit, metamiyelosit, band olarak devam eder ve sonuçta olgun nötrofilerin oluşumu ile sonlanır. Kemik iliğindeki hematopoetik hücrelerin yaklaşık yarısını beyaz küre hücreleri ve bu hücrelerin çoğunluğunu ise metamiyelosit ve sonrasındaki olgun hücreleri içeren granülositer seri oluşturur. Granülositer serinin %50’sini ise band ve nötrofiller oluşturur
