Bir Öfke Denetimi Eğitimi Programı’nın Üniversite Öğrencilerinin Sürekli Öfke Düzeylerine Etkisi

Bu araştırmada, Öfke Denetimi Eğitimi Programı’nın üniversite öğrencilerinin sürekli öfke düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışma grubu Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi’nde öğrenim gören ve programa katılmak isteyen 28 öğrenciden oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma deseni olarak Kontrol Gruplu Ön-test Son-test İzleme Model kullanılmış ve 14 öğrenci deney, 14 öğrenci kontrol grubuna alınmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan bireylerin sürekli öfke düzeyleri, Özer (1994) tarafından Türkiye uyarlaması yapılan Sürekli Öfke – Öfke İfade Tarz Ölçeği’nin “Sürekli Öfke Alt Ölçeği” ile ölçülmüştür. Verilerin analizinde Mann Whitney U Testi ve Wilcoxon İşaretli Sıralar Testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları, programa katılan öğrencilerin, sürekli öfke düzeylerinin bu programa katılmayan öğrencilerin sürekli öfke düzeylerinden daha düşük olduğunu ortaya koymuştur (P
