Propolis ve arı sütünden elde edilen apinhalin'in akciğer işlevlerinde yol açtığı değişkliğin deneysel ve klinik incelenmesi
Bu araştırmanın konusu, propolis ve an sütünün kompleks bir preparatı olan "Apinhalin"in akciğerlerdeki koruyucu özelliklerinin hayvanlar üzerindeki deneylerle incelenmesidir. Hazırlanan preparatm hayvanlarca içe çekilmesi durumunda akciğer ödemi önlenmekte ve farelerin yaşam süreleri uzamaktadır. " Apinhalin" in hayvanların izole solunum yollan üzerinde bronşları açıcı etkileri olmakta, bu da $beta$ -adrenoreseptörlerin aktivasyonu yoluyla gerçekleşmektedir. Klinik testler, "Apinhalin" in kompleks terapi çerçevesinde yanıklarda da etkili olduğunu ve akciğer işlevlerinin normalleşmesini sağladığım göstermektedir.
Experimental and clinical study of the preparation of propolis and royal jelly apinhalin under alteration of functions of lungs
In experiments on animals and investigations about the protective properties of the complex preparation of propolis and royal jelly "Apinhalin", infringements of functions of lungs were studied. Preliminary inhalation of the preparation prevented edema of the animals' lungs and increased survival time of the mice. The broncho-extended effect of "Apinhalin" on the isolated preparation of rats' trachea was discovered, and one of its mechanisms was activation of $beta$ -adrenoreceptors. Clinical tests showed that including "Apinhalin" in the treatment raised the efficiency of the complex therapy for patients with burns and increased normalization of lung f unctions.
