PSİKOLOJİK DANIŞMAN ADAYLARININ SÜPERVİZYON SÜRECİNE İLİŞKİN GÖRÜŞLERİ: BİR DURUM ÇALIŞMASI

Bu araştırmanın amacı Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık lisans programı dördüncü sınıf düzeyinde yürütülen süpervizyon sürecine ilişkin psikolojik danışman adaylarının görüşlerinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın katılımcıları, Manisa Celal Bayar Üniversitesi Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık lisans programı son sınıf öğrencileridir. Örnekleme yöntemi olarak amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmış ve süpervizyonu tamamlamış, gönüllü 16 öğrenci araştırmaya dahil edilmiştir. Araştırmanın deseni, nitel araştırma desenlerinden biri olan durum çalışması olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada veriler iki ayrı odak grup görüşmesi ile elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulardan psikolojik danışman-süpervizör ilişkisinin niteliği, süpervizyon sürecinin niteliği, süpervizyonun psikolojik danışma sürecine katkısı ve süpervizyonun mesleki-kişisel gelişime katkısı olmak üzere dört ana tema ortaya çıkmıştır. Bulgular alanyazın ışığında tartışılmış, araştırmacı ve uygulayıcılara öneriler sunulmuştur.

COUNSELOR TRAINEES’ VIEWS ABOUT SUPERVISION PROCESS: A CASE STUDY

The aim of this study is to examine the views of the counselor trainees about supervision process which carried out at the fourth grade level of the psychological counseling and guidance undergraduate program. Senior students of Manisa Celal Bayar University Psychological Counseling and Guidance program were the participants of the study. 16 volunteer senior students who completed the supervision process succesfully were selected through the purposive sampling method. The case study design which is one of qualitative research methods was used in the study. The data was çollected through two separate focusgroup interviews. The findings pointed out four themes: the quality of supervisor- supervisee relationship, the quality of the supervision process, contributions of supervision to the counseling process and contributions of supervision to professional-personal development.
