The focus of the study is to construct a reliable and valid scale measuring the competitiveness attitude of the individuals. For the initial ilems, item analysis and factor analysis (basic components) studies are actualized. The scale is conceptualized as a unipolar scale and Cronbach alpha, inner consistency, Harst technique and test retest reliability studies are completed. Validity studies are held in five successive states and satisfactory results are attained.Key words: Competitiveness, Scale Development, College Students.
