Pankreasın müsinöz kistik neoplazisinde multiorgan rezeksiyonu: Olgu sunumu

Pankreasın müsinöz kistik neoplazisi tüm pankreatik kistik neoplazilerin % 9.7'sini oluşturur[]. Kadınlarda erkeklere göre 10 kat fazla görülen bu hastalıkla ilgili literatürde bildirilmiş tedavi yöntemi cerrahi rezeksiyondur[]. Cerrahi rezeksiyona pankreasın yanı sıra dalak, ince barsak, kalın barsak ve sol sürrenal bezin de katıldığı olgu sunumu yapılmış ve ilgili literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.

Multiorgan resection for mucinous cystic neoplasms of pancreas: Case report

Mucinous cysticneoplasms of pancreas accounts about 9.7 % of all pancreatic cysts. Treatment of the disease which is 10 times more common in women, is complete surgical resection. In this case besides pancreas, spleen, transverse colon, small intestine and left adrenal gland also resected and related literature has been checked.
