ÖRGÜTSEL ÖĞRENMENİN ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞI ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ
Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel öğrenme ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişkiyi inceleyerek, örgütsel öğrenmenin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerine etkisini belirlemektir. Bu bağlamda Türkiye’de A İlinde yer alan iki kamu kurumu çalışanlarına yönelik bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kolayda örneklem yöntemiyle toplam 155 kamu çalışanına anket uygulanarak, konuya ilişkin veriler toplanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda bireye yönelik örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ve örgüte yönelik örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ile örgütsel öğrenme arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişkinin olduğu ve örgütsel öğrenmenin bireye yönelik örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını ve örgüte yönelik örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını olumlu etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Özellikle örgütsel öğrenmenin, çalışanların örgüte yönelik örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarını daha yüksek düzeyde etkilediği dikkat çeken sonuçlardan biri olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır.
THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING ON ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational learning on organizational citizenship behavior by examining the relationship between organizational learning and organizational citizenship behavior. In this manner, a study was held on employees of two public institutions in A city in Turkey. Data were collected on the subject by applying a questionnaire a total of 155 public employees with easy sampling method. As a result of the analysis, it has been identified that there is a positive relationship between organizational citizenship behavior to ındividual and organizational citizenship behavior to organization, with organizational learning, and organizational learning positively affects organizational citizenship behavior to ındividual and organizational citizenship behavior to organization. Especially, as one of the remarkable results has emerge that organizational learning has a higher effect on organizational citizenship behavior to organization.
