Mediating Effects Of The Corporate Values On Relations Between Ethic Leadership And Duty-Oriented Behaviour Of The Employees

The aim of this study is to evaluate the scope of the duty-oriented behavior of the employees in the service sector in Antalya province. More broadly, the aim of this study is to establish the relationship between ethical leadership characteristics and duty-oriented behavior and mediating effect of the corporate values, on the relation between leadership and duty oriented behaviour of the employees from the adopting ideas normative theory, deonance theory, moral philosophy and moral psychology. Within the scope of the research, 256 data were obtained from 7 five-star hotels operating in Antalya province with survey techniques. The data obtained were evaluated through descriptive and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis and significant findings were obtained. According to the research findings; there has been a positive and meaningful relationship between the ethical leaders and corporate perceptions of employees and duty-oriented behaviors of employees.
