GELENEKSEL FELSEFEYE İKİ ELEŞTİRİ: WITTGENSTEIN VE RORTY

Wittgenstein düşüncesi, geleneksel felsefeyi bir tür hastalık, kendi işini de bir tedavi etkinliği olarak görür. Ona göre tüm felsefe bir dil eleştirisi olmalıdır. Eleştiri dilin yanlış kullanımlarından kaynaklı geleneksel felsefe problemlerine açıklık kazandırma gayesindedir. Wittgenstein'a göre, açıklık bir kez sağlandığında felsefenin pek çok geleneksel sorunu kendiliğinden ortadan kalkacaktır. Rorty ise geleneksel felsefeyi çoğu açıdan problemli buluyor olmasına rağmen bir hastalık olduğunu düşünmez. Geleneksel anlayışı artık miadını doldurmuş bir dil oyunu olarak görür

TWO CRITICISMS OF TRADITIONAL PHILOSOPHY: WITTGENSTEIN AND RORTY

Wittgensteinian thought treats traditional philosophy as an illness and sees his occupation as an activity of edifying. For Wittgenstein, all philosophy must be consisting of linguistic critics. This critic aims to edify the traditional problems of philosophy which occurs by false uses of language. For Wittgenstein, once the clarity achieved than most problems of philosophy will be disappeared automatically. Rorty doesn’t think traditional philosophy as an illness even he agrees that it’s mostly problematic. He sees the tradition as an expired language game
