Kondrolipoanjiom: Olgu Sunumu

Fibröz doku yanı sıra iki ya da daha fazla mezenkimal eleman içeren neoplaziler Stout tarafından mezenkimom olarak tanımlanmıştır. Benign ve malign formları vardır. Kondrolipoanjiom, benign mezenkimomun nadir görülen bir tipidir. Kartilaj, yağ dokusu ve vasküler elemanlar içerir. Olgumuz, 11 yaşında erkek hastadır. Sol uylukta ağrısız şişlik yakınması ile merkezimize başvurmuş, fızik muayenede saptanan 9 cm çapındaki kitleye eksizyonel biyopsi uygulanmıştır. Histopatolojik incelemede, kas dokusu içinde, matür yağ dokusu, kartilaj dokusu, ince ve kalın duvarlı damar yapı— larından oluşan kapsüllü tümoral doku izlenmiş, bulgular kondrolipoanjiom ile uyumlu olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Nadir görülmesi nedeni ile olgu sunulmaya değer bulunmuş, ilgili literatür eşliğinde tartışılmıştır
