Çocukluk Çağında Akciğer Tüberkülozu ve Yeniden Düzenlenmiş Tedavi Rejimleri

Tüberküloz çocuk hastalarda hala önemli bir sağlık sorunudur. Tüberküloz tedavisindeki temel amaç hastalığın tedavisini sağlamak, hastalığa bağlı geç bulguların önüne geçmek ve en önemlisi sağlıklı insanlara bulaştırıcılığı önlemektir. Dünya Sağlık Örgütü tarafından çocuk hastalarda kullanılan birinci basamak tüberküloz ilaçlarının önerilen kullanım dozları 2010 yılında yeniden düzenlenmiştir. Bu derlemede, yeniden düzenlenmiş bu tedavi rejimleri ile birlikte çocukluk çağındaki akciğer tüberkülozunun sunulması amaçlanmıştır

Tuberculosis is an important health problem in pediatric patients. The main purpose of treatment of tuberculosis is to cure the disease; to protect late symptoms and relapses and to prevent contamination of healthy people. The World Health Organization has recently revised the recommended dosages of the main first-line anti-tuberculosis drugs for use in pediatric patients in 2010. In this review we aimed to present pulmonary tuberculosis in childhood with these recent revisions
