İnsan Kaynakları Yönetiminde Dijital Dönüşüm ve Dijitalleşen İşe Alım İşlevi

Teknolojinin gelişmesi ile birlikte; bilgi teknolojileri, internet, dijitalleşme, makine öğrenmesi ve yapay zeka benzeri kavramlar hayatın her alanına yayılan gerçeklikler haline gelmiştir. Bu devrimsel nitelikteki gelişmeler ile birlikte iş hayatında da önemli değişimler yaşanmaktadır. Hızla ilerleyen teknolojik değişimler, örgütlerin yönetim biçimlerini de önemli ölçüde etkilemektedir. Bu bağlamda örgüt yönetiminde teknolojik yeniliklerin kullanılması zorunlu hale gelmiştir. Örgütler dijital alanda birçok yeniliği paydaşlarına sunarken, insan kaynakları yönetimi de benzer yenilikleri kendi paydaşlarına sunmaktadır. Dijitalleşme, insan kaynakları bölümünün gerçekleştirdiği işlemlerin önemli bir kesiminin dijital ortamda yürütülmesini sağlamıştır. İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi bu dijital dönüşüm nedeniyle “Dijital İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi” haline gelmiştir. Örgütler arasında yüksek potansiyelli ve nitelikli adayları işe alma üstüne süregelen kıyasıya rekabet süratlenirken, insan kaynakları bölümleri işe alım süreçlerinde gerçekleştirdikleri yenilikçi dijital uygulamalarla rekabet avantajını yakalamayı hedeflemektedirler. Bu bağlamda makalenin amacı, dijital İKY alanını detaylandırmak, dijital İKY dönüşümü ve dijital gelişmelerin işe alım işlevi üzerinde etkisinin kavramsal açıdan açıklanmasıdır.

Digital Transformation in Human Resources Management and Digitalized Recruitment Function

With the development of technology; concept issues such as internet, digitalization, information technologies, and artificial intelligence have become realities that permeate all areas of life. Along with these revolutionary developments, important changes are also experienced in business life. In this context, the use of technological innovations in organizational management has become mandatory. Digitization has enabled a sigification part of the operations carried out by HRM department to be carried out in a digital environment. Human Resources Management has become “Digital HRM” due to this digital transformation. While the competition among organizations to recruit high-potential employees gains momentum, HRM departments aims to capture the competitive advantage with innovative digital applications in their recruitment processes. In this context, the aim of the article is to detail the field of digital HRM, to explain the digital HRM transformation and the effect of the digital developments on the human resources recruitment function conceptually.
