ÖzLateks alerjisi, günümüzde sıklığı giderek artan özellikle sağlık çalışanlarında önem-li sorunlara neden olan bir problemdir. Kontakt dermatit, astım, rinit ve sistemik reaksiyon gibi tip 1 ve tip 4 hipersensitivite reaksiyonları gözlenebilir. Lateks alerjisinde tanı, öykü ve laboratuvar testlerinin birlikte kullanılmasına dayanır. Bu yazıda lateks alerjisi hakkında güncel bilgiler derlenmiştir.Latex Allergy

Latex Allergy

AbstractLatex allergy is a problem that causes significant problems, especially in healthcare workers, whose prevalence is increasing nowadays. Type 1 and type 4 hyper-sensitivity reactions such as contact urticaria, asthma, rhinitis and systemic reac-tion can be observed. Diagnosis in latex allergy is based on the combined use of clinical history and laboratory tests. This article compiles current information about latex allergy.
