Diş Çekimi Sonrasında Gelişen Pnömomediastinum

ÖzPnömomediastinum, mediasten içinde serbest hava bulunması olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Nadir olarak görülmekte ve çoğunlukla genç kişilerde kendi kendini sınırlamaktadır. Genellikle pnömomediastinuma neden olabilecek kolaylaştırıcı bir neden bulunmamaktadır. Sıkıştırılmış hava donanımlarının kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen diş çekimi sonrasında nadir bir komplikasyon olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Biz nadir görülen buolgu sunumunda, diş çekimi sonrasında mediastinal ve servikofasiyal amfizem gelişen bir olguyu bildirmeyi amaçladık.

Cervicofacial and Mediastinal Emphysema Developing After Tooth Extraction

AbstractPneumomediastinum, defined as the presence of free air with in the mediastinum. Arerarely seen and mostly in young people is self-limiting. A facilitator usually is not thatis causing pnömomediastinum. Equipment using compressed air is a rare complicationafter the extraction of performed. We are rare in this case we aimed to report a case of cervicofacial and mediastinal emphysema developing after tooth extraction.
