Nonmelanoma Deri Kanserleri: Bazal Hücreli Kanser Ve Skuamöz Hücreli Kanser
Nonmelanoma deri kanserleri (NMDK) sık gözlenen deri tümörleridir. Bu başlık altında2 deri kanseri yer almaktadır: Bazal hücreli kanser (BHK) ve skuamöz hücreli kanser(SHK). BHK, insanlarda gözlenen tüm kanserler içinde görülen en sık kanser türüdür.SHK ise ikinci en sık deri kanseridir. BHK’nın SHK’ya oranı 4/1’dir. Bu yazıda BHKve SHK’in epidemiyolojisi, klinik tipleri ve tedavisi ile; genel olarak NMDK’in etyolojikrisk faktörleri anlatılacaktır.
