Nondiabetik Kadında Sklerozan Lenfositik Lobulit: Olgu Sunumu
ÖzBenign meme hastalığı sklerozan lenfositik lobulitin otoimmün hastalıklar sonucu ol-duğu düşünülmektedir. 46 yaşında bayan hasta memesinde şişlik şikayeti ile genel cerrahi bölümüne başvurdu. Şişlik, 8x5 cm ölçülerinde ağrılı, şiş ve kızarıktı. Hasta, daha önce hipotroidizm vehepatit B tanısı almıştı. Histopatolojik bulgular perilobüler alanlarda lenfositik inflamasyon, belirgin keloid benzeri stromal skleroz gösterdi. Sklerozan lenfositik lobulit tanısı konuldu.

AbstractThe benign breast disease sclerosing lymphocytic lobulitis is thought to result fromauto immune diseases.46-year-old woman visited department of general surgery complaining of a lump inher breast. It was 8x5 cm in diameter, painful, swelling, reddish.The patient was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and hepatitis B previously. Histopathological findings demonstrated marked keloidlike stromal sclerosis andlymphocyte inflamation in the perilobular areas. Sclerosing lymphocytic lobulitis wasdiagnosed.
