Bir Aile Hekimliği Uzmanı Penceresinden Anılarla Birinci Basamakta Pandemi

Eskiden daha sık kullanılan hastalık merkezli yaklaşımlar yerini günümüzde özellikle aile hekimliğinin temeli olan hasta merkezli yaklaşımlara bırakmıştır. Bu yaklaşım hastanın kaygılarının tümünü bütüncül bir bakış açısıyla değerlendirmek, ana problemi bulmak, tanı-tedavi planları oluşturabilmek, hastayı bilgilendirmek imkanı sağlar (1). Çekirdek yeterliliklerimizden Biyopsikososyal (BPS) yaklaşımda hastalığa, hastaya ve yakınlarına ait olası tüm durumlar bütüncül olarak ele alınır. Yani biyolojik, psikolojik ve sosyolojik olarak hastayı değerlendirir (2).
