ÖzÜlkemizde Umumi Hıfzıssıhha Kanuna göre defin hizmetleri belediye hekimlerinin görevidir. Ancak bir süredir yeni mevzuata  göre  aile hekimleri ve toplum sağlığı hekimleri  nöbet usülü ile görevlendirilmektedir.  Birinci basmakta koruyucu hekimlik önemlidir. Topluma sunulan hekimlik hizmetinde sıkıntıların yaşanmaması için halk sağlığının bakışının unutulmaması gereklidir.  Bu yazıda konunun önemi, kritik sorular eşliğinde ve mevzuat  esasları dikkate alınarak irdelenmeye çalışılacaktır.

AbstractAccording to the law, burial services are the duty of the municipal doctors.  However, according to the new legislation, family physicians and community health doctorsare assigned with guard duty. Preventive medicine is important in the first step. It is necessary that the view of public health is not to be forgotten in order to avoid the difficulties in the medical service offered for collecting. The emphasis on this article will beaddressed in the context of critical questions and taking into account the legislation.
