Aristoteles ve augustinus'un insan anlayışları üzerine

Bu çalışmada bir Antikçağ filozofu olarak Aristoteles ve Ortaçağın hemen başında yer alan Augustinusun insan anlayışlarının ele alınması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu iki düşünürün insan anlayışları arasındaki farklılığının yol açtığı etkilerin serimlenmesi bu çalışmanın ana eksenini oluşturmaktadır. İnsan varlığına dayalı bilgisel bir insan anlayışı oluşturarak felsefe yapmak ile hazırda bulunan mevcut bir insan anlayışına dayanarak felsefe yapmak arasındaki farktır bu. Bu iki perspektif arasındaki fark, insanı Aristotelesin yaptığı gibi insan nedir? sorusundan hareketle değerlendirmek ile Augustinusun yaptığı gibi insanın ne olduğu Hıristiyanlık tarafından anlatılmıştır ya da bu konuda İncil, tek ve yeterli kaynaktır anlayışından hareketle değerlendirmek arasındaki fark ile dile getirilmektedir.

On the conception of human in aristotle and augustine

The purpose of this work is to discuss the conceptions of human in Aristotle as an Ancient philosopher and Augustine as an early-time medieval philosopher. The exposition of the effects caused by the differences between the conceptions of human in these two philosophers is the main axis of this work. This is the difference between philosophizing by forming an informational conception of human and philosophizing by a given, ready-made conception of human. The difference between these perspectives is reflected as a difference between evaluating the human in terms of the question what is human? like Aristotle did and evaluating in terms of arguments such as what a human is already stated by Christianity or on this issue Bible is the only and sufficient resource like Augustine did.
