Türkiye'deki Elit Atletlerin Sosyo-Ekonomik Durumları Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Bu çalışmanın amacı atletlerin sosyo-ekonomik durumlarının belirlenmesidir. Araştırmanın evreni Türkiye’de atletizmle uğraşan bayan ve erkek sporculardır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubu ise Türkiye 1 ve 2 nci atletizm liginde yarışan 216 kişilik bir gruptur. Anket içeriğinde sporcunun; kişisel bilgileri, ailesinin eğitim ve ekonomik durumu, sporcunun herhangi bir sponsora sahip olup olmadığı ile ilgili sorular bulunmaktadır. Araştırma sonuçlarında elde edilen verilerin frekans ve yüzde dağılımları hesaplanmış, farklılıklarını test etmek için ki-kare tekniği kullanılmıştır (p

A Study on the Socio-Economic Conditions of Elite Athletes in Turkey

The aim of this study was to investigate the socio-economic status of athletes in Turkey. The scope of the research covered sportsmen and sportswomen involved in athletics in Turkey. The sample group of the study consisted of 216 people competing in the 1st and 2nd athletic leagues of Turkey. Within the framework of the study , a survey was conducted in order to gather information about the personal details of the participants as well as information on their and their families’ educational and socio-economic background and whether they had sponsor or not.
