Bu çalışmada, aslı Kınm-Bahçesaray'da bulunan ve 17 Ekim 1783 tarihi Cuma günü Rus generali Potemkin tarafindan okunan Kırım'ın ilhakına dair Osmanlıca ferman incelenmektedir. Fermanın tanıtıldığı bu çalışmada aynca metnin transkripsiyonu yapılmış ve metin tarihî açıdan incelenmiştir.

In this essay, the firman of Russian general Grigori Potemkin, of which original copy is in Bahçesaray, on the Annection of Crimea, which was declared by him on a Friday prayer, on October 17th 1783, and which was written in Otoman Turkish, was examined. The author gives a transcription of the text and makes a historical evaluation.
