Spinal Kord Hasarlı Hastada Gelişen İnfektif Endokardit

Spontan spinal epidural hematom, etiyolojisi tam bilinmeyen, çoğunlukla antikoagülan ilaç tedavisi alan hastalarda gelişen, akut klinik bir durumdur. Ani gelişen ekstremite güçsüzlüğü, duyusal defisitler ve/veya idrar retansiyonu kliniği ile birlikte spinal ağrıdan şikayet eden her hastada akla getirilmelidir. Erken müdahale yapılmadığında hastanın fonksiyonel iyileşmesinin gecikmesi ve kalıcı nörolojik defisit riski nedeniyle acil tanı ve tedavi önemlidir. On yıl önce mitral yetmezlik tanısıyla mitral kapak replasmanı yapılan ve düzenli warfarin tedavisi alan 44 yaşındaki kadın hastada gelişen spontan spinal epidural hematom ve sonrasında ortaya çıkan endokardit olgusu bu makalede değerlendirilmiştir.
