AB UYUM YASALARI İLE TÜRKİYE’DE “İŞKENCE YASAĞI” ALANINDA SAĞLANAN GELİŞMELER

Bu çalışma ile ilköğretim okullarında dağıtımcı liderliğin ne düzeyde sergilendiğine yönelik öğretmen algılarını betimlemeyi amaçlayan, geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracının geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri, Ankara, Samsun, Giresun ve Bartın il merkezlerindeki ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan 319 öğretmenden toplanmıştır. Araştırmada geçerlilik çalışmaları kapsamında açımlayıcı faktör analizi uygulanmış ve madde-toplam korelasyon katsayıları hesaplanmıştır. Güvenirlik çalışmaları kapsamında ise Cronbach Alpha iç tutarlılık katsayıları hesaplanmıştır. Yapılan açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda, ölçeğin 53 maddeden oluşan beş boyutlu bir yapıya sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yapılan geçerlik ve güvenirlik okullarında betimlenmesinde kullanılabileceği belirlenmiştir

Advancements in The Field of “Prohibition of Torture” in Turkey with The EU Adjustment Laws

This study purposed to develop a valid and reliable scale to reveal teachers’ perceptions on distributed leadership in primary schools. For that reason, a survey was administered to 319 teachers who were working for state primary schools in Ankara, Samsun, Giresun and Bartın city centre. For validity studies, content analysis, and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were carried out, and also item-total correlations were estimated. For reliability studies, Cronbach Alpha was estimated using the relevant software.Results showed that, Distributed Leadership Scale – DLS, has a five factor structure including 53 items. Considering the results obtained from the validity and realiability studies, it can be asserted that Distributed Leadership Scale can be usedto measure teachers’ views on distributed leadership practices in primary schools
