Comparison of the Articam and Bupivacain in Spinal Anesthesia In this study; we applied two of the local anesthetics articaine and bupivacaine for spinal anesthesia and compared their effects on hemodynamic values, block onset time, duration time and complications. Fifty six ASA I-II, between 18-70 years old patients were included in this study. 1.5 mg/kg articaine and 0.25 mg/kg heavy bupivacaine were given to 27 (Articaine group) and 29 (Bupivacine group) patients respectively. We recorded arterial blood pressures and" heart rates at 1st, 3th, 5th, 10th, 15th, 30th minutes. We decided sensorial and motor blocks levels for short intervals.
