The Scale of Happiness Strategies for Children’s used by Preschool Teachers

The aim of this study is to develop a scale of subjective well-beingstrategies used by preschool teachers for pre-school education children.This study covers the 2018-2019 academic years. The research wasconducted with the participation of pre-school teachers in Istanbul. 230pre-school teachers participated in the study. In this study, the stages ofscale development were followed. Firstly interviews were made withteachers. During the interviews, an information gathering tool wasdeveloped, including demographic information. The following stepswere followed in the study: Creation of item pool, creation of the scaletrial form, implementation of scales, item analysis, explanatory factoranalysis, reliability. According to the results of the study, a threedimensional scale was reached. Dimensions of the scale; positiverelationships with children, to satisfy the wishes of the children andplay the game with the children are called. In this process, studies canbe carried out with this scale.
