Artrogripozis multipleks konjenitalı bir hastada skolyoz cerrahisi için anestezi

Artrogripozis multipleks konjenita, konjenital multipl eklem kontraktürleri ile karakterize bir hastalıktır. Bu hastalıkzor havayolu, zor intravenöz damaryolu ve malign hipertermi riski taşıdığı için anestezistler için dikkat edilmesigereken bir durumdur. Biz bu makalede, skolyoz cerrahisiiçin anestezi uyguladığımız artrogripozis multipleks konjenitalı bir olgudaki anestezi deneyimimizi sunuyoruz.

Anesthesia for scoliosis surgery in a patient with arthrogryposis multiplex congenita

Arthrogryposis multiplex congenita is a disease which is characterized by congenital multiple joint contractures. This disease with its risks of difficult airway, difficult intravenous access and malign hypethermia attack is a challenging condition for anesthesiologists. In this paper, we report our anesthetic management experience for scoliosis surgery in a case with arthrogryposis multiplex congenita.
