The Effect of Model Based Health Education on Performing Breast Self- Examination in Women

Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of integrated model based education on performing Breast Self-examination in women.Methods: This interventional study was conducted with the participation of 140 women in two intervention and control groups in 2016. Intervention program implemented based on Stages of Change and Health Belief Model HBM . The data were analyzed using SPSS version 19. Results: Mean age of women was 32.86±6.1 years.
