POSTPARTUM KANAMANIN YONETiMi

Postpartum kanama vajinal veya sezaryen dogumdan sonra gortilen obstetrik bir acildir, gelişmekte olan ülkelerde halen onemli bir maternal mortalite ve morbidite nedenidir. Bu derlemede postpartum kanama tedavisinde medikal ve cerrahi yontemler özetlenmiştir.

MANAGEMENT OF POSTPARTUM HEMORRHAGE

Postpartum hemorrhage is an obstetrical emergency that can follow vaginal or cesarean delivery. It is a major cause of maternal morbidity and mortality in developing countries. Herein, we try to summary medical and surgical treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
