Mikropetrografik İndeksler tek bir kaynaktan elde edilen «sağlam» ve «sağlam olmayan»granit agregalarımn ayrımında, beton ve voltası için kullanılan agregaların sağlamlılığını saptamaktauygulanan standart agrega deneylerinin sonuçlarıyla uyumluluk göstermektedir.
