Stabil koah'lı hastalarda saint george solunum anketi (SGRQ) skorlarının hastalığın ağırlığı ve amfizem varlığı ile ilişkisi

KOAH sistemik inflamasyon ve ataklarla seyreden bir hastalıktır. Bu progresif süreç ve ataklar kişinin yaşam kalitesinde bozukluğa yol açar. KOAH'ta yaşam kalite testlerinin hastalığın ağırlığı ve amfizem yapısını gösteren parametrelerle korele olması beklenir. KOAH'ta hastalığın ağırlığını ve amfizem paternini gösteren parametrelerle yaşam kalitesini gösteren Saint George Solunum Anketi (SGRQ) skoru arasında ilişkiyi araştırmayı amaçladık.Polikliniğimizde takip edilen ve sigara içmiş stabil KOAH'lı hastalar çalışmaya alındı. SGRQ skorunu etkileyebilecek ek hastalığı olan olgular çalışmadan dışlandılar. Olgulardan SGRQ Türkçe versiyonunu doldurması istendi. Akciğer grafisinde amfizem bulgularına yönelik ölçümler yapıldı. Olguların spirometrik, demografik verileri, hastalık süresi ve atakla ilgili bulguları kaydedilerek prospektif olarak değerlendirildi.Çalışmaya yaş ortalaması 65.1±4.3 yıl olan toplam 100 olgu dahil edildi (81 erkek, 19 kadın). The relationship of saint george respiratory questionniare scores with severity of diseases and emphysema pattern in patients with stable copd

COPD char acterizes progressive systemic inflammation and acute exacerbations. This progressive process worsen quality of life. It is expected that quality of life questionnaire scores correlates with severity of disease and emphysematous pattern in COPD. We aimed to investigate if there is any relationship between severity of disease and emphysematous pattern with Saint George Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) scores in patients with COPD.The exsmoker patients with stable COPD who were controlled in our outpatient clinic were evaluated. Cases who had any additional clinical problem that may affect SGRQ scores were excluded. SGRQ Turkish Version were filled by the patients. Spirometric and demographic characteristics of cases were evaluated prospectively.Total 100 cases (81 males 19 females) were enrolled to study with the mean age 65.1±4.3 years.
