MEMENİN PAPİLLER NEOPLAZİLERİ: 10 YILLIK TEK MERKEZ DENEYİMİMİZ

Giriş: Memenin nadir görülen bir tümörü olan invaziv papiller neoplazilerinin kliniği, patolojisi ve cerrahisi tartışıla- rak daha iyi anlaşılmasını sağlamak amaçlanmaktadır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Ocak 2010 ile Ocak 2020 tarihleri arasında meme kanseri nedeniyle opere edilen 2531 has- tanın verileri retrospektif olarak incelendi. Hastaların 46’sında papiller neoplazi saptadı. Hastalar ın demografik, klinik, patolojik verileri ile, takip ve sağkalım bilgileri incelendi. Bulgular: Hastaların tamamı kadındı ve ortanca yaş 56 idi. 44 hastada tümör tek taraflıydı. Otuz (%65,2) hasta- ya meme koruyucu cerrahi uygulandı. İki veya daha çok odakta tümör saptanan hasta sayısı 11 (%23,9) olarak belirlendi. Histopatolojik olarak sırasıyla 28 (%61,0) hastada İnvaziv Papiller Karsinom, 6 (%13,0) hastada Solid Papiller Karsinom, 6 (%13,0) hastada Enkapsüle Papiller Karsinom, 6 (%13,0) hastada Papiller Duktal Karsinoma İnsitu olarak bulundu. Hastaların ortalama takip süresi 32,5 ay (Q1-Q3:12-75) olup, ex olan hasta sayısı 3 (%6,5) olarak bulundu. Hastaların ortalama sağkalım süreleri 142,3 ay, standart hata 8,8 ortalama için %95 güven aralığı 124,8-159,6’dır. Sonuç: Memenin papiller neoplazileri son derece nadir görüldüğü için bu grup meme patolojilerinin iyi anla şıla- bilmesi için daha fazla klinik araştırmaya ihtiyaç vardır.

PAPILLARY NEOPLASIA OF THE BREAST: 10 YEAR SINGLE CENTER EXPERIENCE

Introduction:It is aimed to provide a beter understanding of papillary neoplasia,which is a rare tumor of breast,by discussing its clinic,pathology and surgery Material and Method: Data of 2531 patients who were operated for breast cancer between January 2010 and January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Papillary neoplasia was detected in 46 of the patients. Demographic, clinical and pathological data of the patients, as well as follow –up and survival in formation were analyzed. Results:All patients were female and the median age was 56 years. Tumor was in 44 patients. Thirty (65.2%) patients underwent breast –conserving sur gery. The number of patients with tumors in two or more foci was determined as 11 (23.9%). Histopathologically, invasive papillary carcin oma was found in 28 (61.0%) patients, Solid papillary carcinoma in 6 (13.0%) patients, encapsulated papillary carcinoma in 6 (13.0%) patients, and papillary ductal carcinoma insitu in 6 (13.0%) patients, respectively.The mean follow-up period of the patients was 32.5 months (Q1-Q3:12-75), and the number of ex patients was found to be 3 (6.5%). The mean survival time of the patients was 142.3 months,with a standart error of 8.8,the 95% confidence interval was 124.8-159.6. Conclusion: Since papillary neoplasms of the breast are extremely rare, more clinical research is needed to be- ter understand this pathologies.
