Farklı düzeylerde balık unu içeren rasyonlara sodyum bikarbonat ilavesinin broyler performansı ve katı mide üzerine etkileri
Bu araştırma, farklı düzeylerde balık unu içeren broyler diyetlerine ilave edilen sodyum bikar-bonatın broyler performansına etkisi ve katı midedeki makroskobik ve mikroskobik değişikliklerin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Toplam 164 adet broyler civcivi 3x2 faktoriyel deneme düzeninde gruplanmıştır. Bir günlük civcivler önce %3, 6 veya 9 oranında balık unu içeren rasyon hazırlanarak 3 deneme grubuna ayrılmış ve ikinci olarak her grup %0.2 tuz veya sodyum bikarbonat ilave edilmiş iki alt gruba ayrılmıştır.Denemenin sonunda broylerlerin canlı ağırlıkları 5.grup (2646.94 g) ve 6.grup (2717.22 g)'da diğerlerine göre yüksek bulunmuştur (p

Summary: This study was designed to investigate the effect of sodium bicarbonate in broiler diets containing different levels of fish meal on broiler performance and macroscopic or microscopic changes in giz-zard. A total of 164 broiler chicks were in a 3x2 factorial design. Day old chicks were firstly separated into 3 treatment groups fed 3, 6 or 9% fish meal supplemented diets and secondly each group were separated tw.o subgroups taking diets added 0.2% salt or sodium bicarbonate.At the end of the experiment, the live weights of broilers in fifth (2646.94 g) and sixth (2717.22 g) groups were higher than in the other groups (p
